Water Resources & Supply
EN3 Professionals has broad expertise in watershed science and hydrology, in addition to hydraulic and flood studies, applied to projects ranging from large watersheds to individual reaches of small but important perennial and ephemeral streams, considering flows that vary from base flow to probable maximum flow (PMF). We utilize stand-alone in addition to CAD/GIS-connected modeling that is grounded in measurement and observation. Additionally, we offer experience in water supply and water infrastructure, including: production wells, treatment, transmission, storage, controls and distribution. An Associate, Dr. Joseph Fernando, is an international expert on the fluid dynamics of the earth’s oceans and atmosphere.

Ecology & Health
EN3 Professionals provides a wide range of ecological services in support of projects including development, mitigation, and restoration or remediation of degraded ecosystems. Our scientists and engineers have a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the planning and implementation of restoration programs, and decades of experience in monitoring ecological parameters such as air and water quality and biological communities, including threatened, rare and invasive species. We have coordinated with many agencies, private landowners, and collaborative groups on numerous projects to see them through from the planning stage to completion.
